Traditionally, we would buy heating oil to cover the needs of our customers, and then buy a financial “hedge,” or insurance policy, to protect ourselves if the market prices fall below our purchase price. If the price does fall, we will exercise our insurance premium option and purchase oil at the lower price.

Our price cap protection protects you from volatility in oil pricing. If you are on our cap protection program, no matter how high oil prices go, your price will not exceed the price protection rate on your contract. If our prices fall, your price will decrease accordingly.

Our heating oil contains some additives used to maintain the health of oil tanks and prevent issues of excess sludging.

Yes, our propane gas contains Mercaptin, an additive that creates a detectable odor for safety purposes.

We promise you delivery within two to three business days; however, sometimes we can deliver more quickly.

Yes, you can pay for your order with a credit card in our office, over the phone, or online.

Their prices originate from the mercantile exchange. Since it is a free market, supply and demand causes their daily market prices to either increase or decrease. Numerous environmental and global factors also affect the cost.

Our minimum delivery is 100 gallons.

Yes, we can accommodate both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.

Yes, we have a propane-filling station at our office in Kennett Square, PA 19348.

Yes, we fully-service all of the fuel equipment that we supply to our customers; however, we do not service fuel equipment that we did not supply to a customer.

Yes, we offer a 5-cent-per-gallon discount to customers who pay within 10 days of delivery. We also offer quantity discounts on deliveries of more than 1,000 gallons.

Yes, we offer a budget plan that splits your fuel bill into 12 equal monthly payments.

Our normal business hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and November through March we are also open on Saturdays from 8 a.m.–12 p.m.

Yes, we offer two (2) service plans for heating oil systems. Please see our Heating Service Plans page for more information.

Our Cap Program price is the maximum price that you will pay for your oil if the market price exceeds our Cap Program price. A lock-in price is the amount you would have to pay regardless of whether the market price increases or decreases. Our Cap Program is better than a lock-in because it protects you from overpaying for your oil when the market price decreases.
